People will pay more for spe- cial attention and results. Re- sults driven programming is the future of this industry. FT: How do you see IMPACT ZONE standing out against the trends? DP: IMPACT ZONE is a unique facility, and as I said, it is a tremendous space in upwards of 40,000 square feet but will have multiple specialized group training programs as well as sports specific programs for all the kids that participate in their individual sports. All of these programs will pay close attention to the needs of the clients and members. IMPACT ZONE is a results driv- en facility with proven success stories. We have only the top fitness professionals in the state working there and motivating our members. We will be offer- ing a variety of group classes, small group training, one on one training and a full complement of the top of the line fitness equipment and cardiovascu- lar equipment. We simply care about the experience of each and every member that walks through our doors and the staff at IMPACT ZONE will do every- thing possible to ensure all our members have a fun, safe, and effective experience. We are here to positively 'im- pact' the lives of our members and their families. *Dave Paladino, Fitness Indus- try professional and the Creator of STRIKE ZONE, has trained many professional athletes such as CC Sabathia NY Yankees, Chris Canty NY Giants, Glen Tapia Pro Boxer, Julian Rodri- guez Pro Boxer. Dave has also studied martial arts for over 30 years and has done bodyguard work for the late great James Gandolfini. "We are here to positively 'impact' the lives of our members and their families." Justin Tarica Justin has been in the Fitness Industry since 2001. He holds multiple Certifications from the International Fitness Professionals Association, such as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Sports Nutrition, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Youth Fitness, Special Populations dealing with Chronic Diseases and disabilities, and CPR/AED certified. Justin has experience working with a wide variety of populations through many health and fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, contest dieting, injury prevention, wellness coaching, kickboxing, and endurance training. Justin has been involved in many sports throughout his life including ice hockey, wrestling, and is currently an NPC bodybuilding competitor. Impact Trends
